An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Town Planner to join a growing planning consultancy at its head office in Kent.

Requirements

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• A strong interest in the UK planning system and property development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
• Undertake planning appraisals and contribute to planning statements and reports.
• Support development proposals across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Research planning policies and legislation to support project delivery.
