Job Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Grants and Reporting Officer to join our Communities Team. This is a valuable opportunity to support residents through our hardship and community grant programmes, while helping us evidence the impact of our work through clear reporting, insight and storytelling.

You’ll administer grants from enquiry through to decision and payment, maintain accurate records, support assessment panels and produce performance and impact reports for colleagues, senior leaders and governance committees. You’ll also work with communications colleagues to share the difference our community investment work makes for residents and local communities.

You will be someone who can work confidently with data and systems, handle sensitive information with empathy and discretion, communicate clearly and manage competing priorities. Experience of grants administration, CRM systems, reporting and community-focused services would be especially helpful.
