Head of Hub Operations

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £65,000

Summary: We are working on behalf of a leading Logistics business in Leicestershire who are looking for a Head of Hub Operations. This role is based THROUGH THE NIGHT, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate must have led a logistics/freight operation with success previously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, while setting high expectations and performance objectives
• Ensure Daily planning service and cost requirements are met
• Ensure Depot service results are achieved daily in line with agreed targets
• Ensure Legality and Compliance within the hub operations
• Effective management of teams and agreed targets and KPI's

Key Skills/Experience:

• Integrity, professionalism and honesty.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work well independently and part of a team
• Build and maintain strong working relationships
• Have led hub operations previously
