Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for flexible shifts in care homes? Resilience Personnel is looking for reliable agency HCAs to work part-time long day, night, half day and rotating shifts across the UK.

Your role will include:

• Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assisting with meals, activities, and daily routines.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Following safeguarding, health & safety, and care home procedures.

You should have:

• At least 6 months’ care experience, in a UK care home.
• A caring, person-centred approach.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A valid practical moving and handling training certificate.
• A valid DBS registered on updated service or willingness to complete one.

What we offer:

• £12.75 per hour, paid weekly.
