About the role

Transparency Education is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a primary school opportunity in Croydon. You will combine planned class cover with targeted support, helping pupils make progress while working closely with teachers.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead agreed whole-class activities and maintain purposeful classroom routines.
  • Deliver focused interventions and record changes in pupil understanding.
