What you'll do

As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering a responsive wellbeing service to residents, including providing a 24-hour emergency response during your shift. You’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, respond to emergency calls, and ensure schemes are safe, secure, and well maintained. Working closely with the Housing Officer, you’ll also carry out essential administrative tasks and take action on repairs, helping to create a safe and supportive environment for residents.

What we offer

This is a permanent role working 16 hours a week. 5pm-9pm every Thursday and 9am-9pm every Saturday.
