Recovery House Support Worker

📍 Weymouth
⏰ Full Time | 7-Day Rota
📅 Fixed Term to March 2026 or Temporary Contract Available
💷 £25,200 per annum + £40 per sleep-in

Are you passionate about supporting people to make positive changes in their lives? We are looking for a Recovery House Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Weymouth, helping individuals on their journey towards independence and recovery.

The Role

You'll provide practical and emotional support to residents within a recovery-focused housing environment, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

Shift Pattern

• 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• Sleep-in shift
• 8:00am finish the following morning
• Full-time hours on a 7-day rota basis

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate and positive approach
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in support work, housing, care, homelessness, mental health or recovery services is beneficial but not essential
