HR and Compliance Administrator (Flooring)

Basildon

£27,500 to £32,500 + Days Based + In-House Training

Are you a HR and Compliance Administrator or similar, or have experience in administration for a construction company, looking for a role at a tight-knit and family run flooring company, who due to recent growth are looking to employ another member to their friendly team?

On offer is the chance to become a staple part of a tight-knit office team at a family-run business, who since their creation have seen continuous growth, to where they now work with a variety large scale commercial clients.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety documents, keeping track of company licenses and accreditations, HR administration, bookkeeping and data entry, as well as other office administration duties.

This role would suit an HR and Compliance Administrator or similar, or someone with experience in administration for a construction company looking for a day-based office role, in a family-run business.
