HR Business Partner

Job description

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be based in Burnley full time, but you will have access to free parking.

The current salary is between £42,000 to £48,000, with a quick start date being preferred.

As a successful HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;

• Work as the strategic partner to leaders in all aspects of the business, providing guidance and recommendations
• Work on developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and motivations
• Take ownership of employee relations activities, right through to investigation
• Take the lead on working with the outsourced payroll provider, collating payroll data and managing this relationship

The ideal HR Business Partner will have experience in the following;

• Proven experience operating a senior HR role, i.e. HR Manager / HRBP
• Payroll experience, ideally with an outsourced provider
• Manufacturing/Engineering background
