Hybrid Working | Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Brighton / Hove location

Are you a relationship-led sales professional who thrives on growing existing client accounts, developing long-term partnerships and uncovering new commercial opportunities?

We're recruiting for a commercially driven Account Manager to join an international organisation with an impressive global client base. This is a consultative, client-facing role focused on building trusted relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of key accounts.

Working with senior stakeholders across international markets, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities and become a genuine partner to your clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of established international client accounts
• Developing trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers
• Delivering consultative sales conversations focused on long-term value
• Identifying growth opportunities across existing and prospective clients
• Creating and implementing strategic account plans
• Driving revenue through account development, upselling and retention initiatives
• Maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting activity
• Attending client meetings, networking opportunities and industry events
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Supporting new business activity and expanding market presence

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in Account Management, Business Development or Consultative B2B Sales
• Experience managing and growing key client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and revenue-focused mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working with international clients would be advantageous
• Confident presenting, negotiating and building relationships at senior level
• Organised, proactive and motivated by results
• Willingness to travel on occasion internationally
