In the Legal Support Assistant role you will be:

• Providing day-to-day legal and administrative support to the team
• Preparing, formatting and processing legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate client files, records and case information
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and other relevant contacts
• Managing emails, telephone enquiries and general office administration
  

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience working within a legal environment
  
• Experience providing legal or case administration support
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• A professional, reliable and confidential approach
  

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday from offices in Conwy, with an annual salary in the region of £25,500–£27,700, depending on experience, PLUS a range of employee benefits.
