Class 1 Shunter Driver – Days, Nights & Weekend Shifts

• Temporary Position – Potential Temp to Perm
• Location: Chichester
• Pay Rate: £17.00 – £26.00ph+ (Minimum 10 hours) – Paid Weekly
• Contract: 12 Weeks / Ongoing / Ad-hoc
• Immediate Start Available

The Job- Class 1 Shunter Driver (Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1)

• Driving Class 1, CAT C+E, HGV1, LGV1 Refrigerated Lorries
• Ensuring all paperwork and electronic records are kept up to date
• Maintaining accurate records of break times in accordance with WTD regulations
• Adhering to both agency and client regulations and procedures

Skills and Experience Required- Class 1 Shunter Driver (Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1)

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) card
• Must hold a Digital Tachograph card
• Must not have more than 6 points on the licence
• Must have at least 6 months- 1 years’ experience in HGV1 refrigerated driving
• Must have a good level of English (speaking, writing, and understanding)
• Must have a solid working knowledge of the UK motorway road network and WTD regulations
