Locum Occupational Therapist | Oxfordshire

Full-Time | 5 Days per Week | Long-Term Maternity Cover | Until June/July 2027

Are you an Locum Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity within specialist education?

We are currently recruiting for an Locum Occupational Therapist to join a specialist secondary education setting in Oxfordshire, supporting young people with additional educational needs and a range of associated challenges.

The setting places a strong emphasis on providing individualised support, helping young people develop confidence, independence and the practical skills they need to progress.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will collaborate closely with education and support staff to deliver meaningful therapeutic interventions tailored to each young people's needs.

The Opportunity:

• 5 days per week.
• Long-term maternity cover, potentially until June/July 2027.
• Standard clinician-level position (non-senior).
• Established multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Specialist educational environment with an integrated therapeutic approach.

What We're Looking For:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• Knowledge of sensory processing and occupational performance.
• Experience undertaking assessments and implementing individualised therapeutic programmes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and wider support staff.
• Passion for helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
