Management Accountant | Senior Management Accountant
£40,000 to £55,000 DOE | East Kent | Hybrid Working | Free Parking | Subsidised Meals & Drinks

We are delighted to be partnering with this well-established organisation in seeking an experienced Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant to join the existing Finance team, supporting accurate and timely financial reporting across the Group.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on month-end close, management reporting, financial accounting and balance sheet control, working closely with the Head of Finance and wider Finance team.

Key skills and experience:

• Prior experience in management accounting, financial reporting and analysis
  
• Strong experience of month-end processes and reporting / commentary
  
• Excellent balance sheet reconciliation and control account skills
  
• Strong understanding of general ledger integrity, journals, accruals and prepayments
  
• Advanced/proficient Excel skills
  
• Experience working with financial/business systems
  
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity
  
• Analytical, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Relevant accountancy qualification, Qualified, Part-Qualified or QBE
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX, Excel / BI or data visualisation experience, and statutory audit experience.
