Job description
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Management Accountant for an engineering client in the Highland region. This permanent, office-based role reports to the Director of Finance and works with UK departments and the European Finance team.
Responsibilities- Prepare month-end, year-end, and monthly management accounts
- Produce variance analysis, budgets, and quarterly forecasts
- Monitor capital project spend and completion reviews
- Support and train wider finance teams
- Work proactively in a fast-paced international environment
- Qualified accountant or finance professional with management accounting experience
- Experience working with financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
- Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics AX, product costing, SOX, or internal control audit experience
