MKC Training is looking for a Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join its established team, offering long-term stability, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for training and professional development.

Alongside a salary of £36,000, rising to £38,000 after probation, you’ll receive:
A role with plenty of variety
You’ll be responsible for the inspection, testing and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment used throughout technical trade training workshops, offices and classrooms across the MKC Training estates, including Brompton, Wainscott and Maidstone.
Rather than working on the same equipment every day, you’ll have the opportunity to use a broad range of practical mechanical skills, including:
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to hold a relevant mechanical qualification, such as an Apprenticeship, C&G, NVQ or equivalent, alongside suitable practical mechanical experience.
A full UK driving licence is required.
