Location: Sittingbourne
Pay: £13.43 - £15.01 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm

Shift Options:

• Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am
  OR
• Rotating Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm

About the Role

Our Client is seeking dedicated and reliable Metal Finishers to join their busy manufacturing team in Sittingbourne. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to individuals who enjoy practical work, are comfortable working with machinery, and take pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Whether you already have manufacturing experience or are looking to build a career within a thriving production environment, full training will be provided. For the right candidates, there is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare products for the finishing process.
• Carry out metal finishing duties to required quality standards.
• Operate workshop equipment and machinery safely.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Perform manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products and identify defects or quality concerns.
• Pack completed products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and policies.

About You

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or another hands-on environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable carrying out physical work and manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work either night shifts or rotating shifts.
