A growing fabrication company in Mildenhall is looking for MIG Welders to join its expanding team on the Late Shift. This is a great opportunity for experienced welders or candidates with strong practical welding skills who want to develop their experience within a supportive working environment.

Working on high-spec fabrication projects, you’ll benefit from pay starting at £16.00+ p/hour, depending on experience, regular overtime opportunities and clear career progression. This is a permanent opportunity, subject to successfully completing a three-month temporary probation period.

MIG Welder Duties:

• MIG welding mild and stainless steel
• Carrying out jig work for accurate fabrication
• Preparing metal components for welding
• Completing basic fabrication tasks
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Ensuring all work meets the required quality standards

Pay, Hours & Benefits:

• £16.00+ p/hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 
• 30 days’ holiday after successful probation
• Overtime opportunities available
