Migration Director | Telecom Network Transformation
Location: London or Bristol (3 days in a week onsite)
Contract: 12 Months Inside IR35

The Role
A global telecoms leader needs a heavy-hitting Migration Director to own two massive legacy-to-next-gen transitions. You will lead the migration of 30,000 active circuits to a new connectivity platform and transition enterprise traffic from TDM to SIP voice networks.

Key Deliverables

• Build an automated "migration factory" covering everything from inventory to cutover and legacy cessation.
• Drive down the unit cost of migration by 50% while protecting live customer service and revenue.
• Align tech, sales, operations, and multiple suppliers around a single, scalable delivery plan.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Programme/Migration Director experience running massive telecom, network, or data platform migrations.
• Deep commercial grip on budget management, supplier performance, and unit-cost reduction.
• Hands-on expertise in using data and automation to speed up complex technical deliveries.
