Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Mobile Area Cleaner to support the delivery of cleaning services across a designated area. Working closely with the Regional Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of facilities management service provision relating to cleaning services.

This role sits within a team focused on delivering specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing an excellent day-to-day cleaning service across multiple sites. They will be expected to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, ensuring customer satisfaction and cleaning standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning services across sites within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Undertake building cleaning audits and complete remedial actions in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery for customers and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Prioritise workload in line with business needs and achieve required deadlines.
• Build professional, effective and positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Complete monthly stock takes and place monthly stock orders where required.
• Follow all training and health and safety requirements, using the provided uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
