Job Title: Mobile Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and hey are looking for a proactive and experienced Mobile Multi skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team, working across a variety of commercial sites located in North and East London. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance solutions, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple client sites in North/East London.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency call outs and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Complete accurate job reports, documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.

About You

• Qualified with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical
• 18th Edition qualified
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within commercial environments.
• Experience working in a similar role.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
