Minor Works Manager / Multi-Trade Supervisor

📍 Kent (Head Office Based)
💰 £40,000–£55,000 DOE + Package

About the Role

We're working with a well-established roofing and building services contractor with over 25 years of industry experience to recruit a hands-on Minor Works Manager / Multi-Trade Supervisor.

This role is ideal for someone from a roofing, drainage, reactive maintenance background who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of projects rather than sitting behind a desk managing large teams.

You'll work closely with the business owner, overseeing reactive maintenance, minor works and small projects from enquiry through to completion, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

The Role

• Office-based with regular site visits as required

• Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

• Managing a busy pipeline of reactive maintenance and minor works projects

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day delivery of reactive and minor works projects

• Surveying and scoping works

• Producing estimates, quotations and costings

• Monitoring project progress from enquiry through to completion

• Maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting operational administration and job management

• Conducting site visits and quality inspections

• Background within roofing, drainage and building maintenance

• Experience supervising reactive maintenance and minor works projects

• Able to estimate, quote and manage works independently

• Strong understanding of job costing and commercial awareness

• Hands-on and practical approach to problem solving

• Confident character who can bring ideas and challenge where necessary
