This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Candidates must be happy to commute across the Canterbury, Sittingbourne, and Ramsgate areas. Previous new homes sales experience is preferred, although applicants from other customer-focused sales backgrounds will also be considered.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through every stage of the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
You will deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process, building strong relationships with prospective purchasers and understanding their individual needs.
You will proactively follow up enquiries, converting leads into site visits and reservations, while developing an excellent knowledge of the local area, housing developments, and market conditions.
You will confidently present homes, specifications, incentives and purchasing options to maximise sales opportunities, achieve individual and team sales targets, and ensure all sales administration and customer records are accurate and up to date.
About You
Previous new homes sales experience is preferred; however, we will also consider candidates with a proven sales background in a customer-focused environment such as housebuilding, estate agency, retail, hospitality, banking, or similar sectors.
You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, be commercially minded with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and possess strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
A proactive attitude, good IT skills, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You must be available to work weekends, bank holidays and travel across the region when required.
What is on Offer
A competitive basic salary, uncapped bonus scheme, private medical insurance, 26 days' annual leave increasing with length of service, a flexible benefits package, enhanced family-friendly policies, ongoing training and development, excellent career progression opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive working environment with a leading national housebuilder.
