Operations Support Coordinator - Immediate start, initially signed off for 6 months

Salary: Band 3, £25,760.00 - £27,476.00

Location: Letchworth

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Occasional Saturday due to workload - to be discussed at interview stage

We are looking for an organised and reliable candidate to join a busy and well-established organisation.

Working within a small, supportive team, you'll play an important role in ensuring stock is maintained, orders are processed and deliveries reach the relevant locations on time. This is a hands-on role combining stock control, administration and communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

Some of the things you'll be involved in…

• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels across multiple locations
• Counting, picking and replenishing stock as required
• Processing stock orders and arranging deliveries
• Updating stock records and ordering systems accurately
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and follow up on outstanding orders
• Supporting stock reviews and ensuring items are stored correctly

• Is confident using computer systems and updating records accurately
• Has good communication skills and is comfortable liaising with different teams and suppliers
• Can manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment
• Has a proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
