In-House Operator

Location: Northampton
Contract: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

We are looking for an organised and reliable Operator to support production activities within a busy manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in a varied and hands-on role.
    
Key Responsibilities
 

•  Supporting day-to-day production operations
• Managing materials, stock and production records
• Maintaining accurate system updates and documentation
• Assisting with quality and process checks
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe and organised
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement and general operational tasks

  
About You

• Good attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial
