Oracle Functional Delivery Lead

Location: Newcastle (Hybrid – 2/3 days per week onsite)
Salary: Competitive (Inside IR35)
Duration: Up to 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Delivery Lead to oversee the functional delivery of a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM transformation programme.

You will lead multiple functional workstreams, coordinate consultants and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across finance, procurement, order management and enterprise performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementations.
• Oversee Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Finance and EPM workstreams.
• Manage functional design, configuration, integrations and testing.
• Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, reporting, business readiness and deployment.
• Lead service transition, hypercare and production support activities.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies and cross-functional challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in Oracle ERP/EPM functional delivery, including 4+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM implementation or major rollout.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Finance, O2C, P2P and EPM.
• Experience across Oracle modules including GL, AP, AR, Procurement and Cash Management.
• Understanding of Oracle EPM Planning, FCCS, ARCS and Smart View.
• Experience managing complex integrations, ideally involving WMS and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing, data migration, reporting and service transition.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and team leadership skills.

Desirable: Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications and experience with OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
