HAROLD WOOD | £32,000–£36,000 BASIC | CIRCA £55,000 OTE | 1 IN 4 WEEKEND HALF-DAY

THE OPPORTUNITY
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join an established automotive bodyshop in Harold Wood.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently and consistently delivers a high standard of repair.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES

• £32,000–£36,000 basic salary
• Strong bonus structure
• Circa £55,000 OTE
• Full-time position
• 1 in 4 weekend half-day
• Stable, established working environment

THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs to damaged vehicles, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to the required standard.

You will be involved in:

• Panel repairs and replacements
• Assessing and repairing vehicle body damage
• Welding and structural repairs where required
• Preparing vehicles for the next stage of the repair process
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity
• Working safely and efficiently at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Bodyshop Technician with:
 

• Proven experience within a bodyshop environment
• Strong panel repair and replacement skills
• Experience welding and modern repair methods
• A good understanding of vehicle body repair processes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• A productive, reliable and professional approach

Experience within a manufacturer-approved, dealer bodyshop or high-quality independent repair environment would be advantageous.
