Parts Telesales Advisor – £30,000 OTE

West Thurrock / Grays, Essex

Permanent / Full Time

Salary: £30,000 OTE, including a guaranteed bonus, with uncapped earning potential

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

No weekends!

We're looking for an experienced Parts Telesales Advisor to join a busy automotive parts department in the West Thurrock area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around automotive parts, enjoys dealing with customers over the phone and wants a role where they can put their existing knowledge to good use.

The client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so previous experience in an automotive parts environment is important.

And with no weekend working, a guaranteed bonus and the opportunity to earn more, there's plenty to like about this one!

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming telephone enquiries from customers looking for automotive parts

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customer requirements

• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently

• Providing quotations and checking parts availability

• Building good relationships with customers and providing excellent service

• Identifying sales opportunities and helping to maximise parts sales

• Working closely with the rest of the Parts team to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Telesales Advisor

• Good knowledge of automotive parts and parts identification

• Confidence dealing with customers over the telephone

• Good communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work accurately in a busy environment

• A proactive attitude and an interest in sales

Ideally, you'll already be working in a dealership parts department, motor factor or similar automotive parts environment and be confident enough to get up to speed with minimal training.

What's on offer?

• £30,000 OTE, incorporating a guaranteed bonus

• Uncapped bonus potential

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• No weekend working

• No regular overtime (apart from one compulsory annual stocktake)

• 22 days' annual leave
