Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £16–£20 per hour DOE + Overtime + Company Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Overtime paid at time and a half / double time)

We are recruiting a Plant Engineer on behalf of a family-run machinery business in Ashford.
The role involves servicing and repairing a range of light construction plant and agricultural machinery, with a mix of workshop and mobile work. A fully expensed company vehicle is provided, alongside manufacturer-led training and development.

Requirements:

• Experience working on plant, agricultural, groundcare or similar machinery.
• Good knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrics and hydraulics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Engineering qualification preferred but not essential.

Package:

• £16–£20 per hour DOE + paid overtime.
