Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable Plasterer/Tiler to join our clients Maintenance Team working on void properties across the local area.

This role will be on a part time basis - 21-hours/ 3-days per week. The days worked, can be flexible

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will carry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, and general maintenance works on void properties.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering
• Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other domestic area's
• Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plasterer and tiler within domestic maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good attention to details and quality workmanship
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• City & Guilds Plastering qualifications or CSCS
• Own tools
