Job description
My client is looking for a Plumber for a role based around London
Day to Day Duties
- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied residential properties
- Diagnosing plumbing faults and identifying effective, long-lasting solutions
- Achieving a high first-time fix rate and minimising repeat visits
- Providing excellent customer service and treating residents with courtesy and respect
- Using strong problem-solving skills to resolve repairs efficiently
- Supporting the Care Team in improving customer satisfaction and recovering existing contracts
Qualifications:
The following qualifications are preferred but not essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent relevant qualification
- G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Part P Electrical qualification
