Job description
Job title: Plumber
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Experienced Plumbers required to carry out maintenance work at a university campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the university campus.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and plumbing faults.
- Maintain water systems, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and heating systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Undertake preventative maintenance inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to students, staff and visitors.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant plumbing qualifications and proven experience.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible, proactive and reliable approach to work.
