Assembly & Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 7:00am - 11:00am

We are currently recruiting for a Powder Coating Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ashford. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual who enjoys a hands-on role within a busy production and yard environment.

The job entails lifting, cleaning, grinding and filing of galvanised steel products to a high standard prior to the powder coating process.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work on own initiative
