Pre-Construction Planner

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Planner to join our team, based full-time at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.

The ideal candidate will have:

•            Extensive knowledge of groundworks, basements, and reinforced concrete frame construction.

•            Preferably, a strong site engineering background, having progressed from a setting-out role to Senior Engineer and/or Project Manager.

•            Previous site-based and construction delivery experience is essential.

•            Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.

•            A professional approach, strong work ethic and attention to detail.

•            The confidence to be client-facing and represent the business at mid- and post-tender meetings.
