Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected law firm based in Wickersley, Rotherham, who are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor. This role is for a solicitor with a passion for client care and a strong background in handling a varied caseload of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities for the Private Client Solicitor role:

• Managing a diverse caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney
• Providing clear, compassionate, and professional advice to a broad client base
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external partners
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the private client department
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices

The Ideal Candidate for the Private Client Solicitor will have:

• A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with case management systems and a confident command of Microsoft Office
