Job description
Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our leading Kent based client to recruit for a Procurement Contracts Manager.
The role:
This a fantastic opportunity with a great business where your experience in contract management and procurement will ensure that the very best outcome is being delivered.
Duties:
- Be the lead go to person for Procurement related contracts across the group.
- Ensure all contract governance is being implemented to avoid risk
- Support tendering process
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and manage the contract register for the organisation
Skills and experience:
- At least 2 years' experience in a regulated contract management role within procurement
- CIPS or degree level qualified
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate complex contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Good commercial acumen
