All Talent Solutions is recruiting a Product Support Coordinator on behalf of an established cruise line. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual with experience in travel, hospitality, events or operational coordination.

You will help organise the services, entertainment and activities that make guests’ cruise experiences memorable, supporting both the office team and colleagues onboard.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day coordination of onboard products and guest experiences.

  • Helping arrange cabin bookings for guest entertainers, suppliers and onboard partners.

  • Assisting with group bookings, special events and themed cruises.

  • Keeping Marketing and Guest Services updated on onboard activities and entertainment.

  • Coordinating printed and digital materials with the design team.

  • Ordering onboard supplies and arranging deliveries within agreed budgets.

  • Maintaining records, documents and guest feedback questionnaires.

  • Researching cruise and hospitality trends to help improve the guest experience.

  • Visiting ships at home and regional ports, including some weekends, to support turnaround days.

What we’re looking for

  • At least two years’ experience in product support, operational delivery or a similar coordination role.

  • A background in cruise, travel, hotels, hospitality or guest services would be particularly relevant.

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Good IT skills and confidence managing administration and updating information.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to last-minute changes.

  • A positive, practical approach and a strong focus on customer service.

  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to attend the Purfleet office three days per week.

  • Flexibility to travel to ports and work some weekends when required.
