• Lead production engineering, driving process improvement, efficiency, and performance
• Manage projects from concept to implementation, including new technologies and equipment
• Develop and lead an engineering team while reducing downtime and improving machinery reliability

• Experienced Production/Manufacturing/Engineering Manager leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and delivering efficiency-focused projects.
• Strong collaborator across production, quality, and maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance.
