Production Operative

Job description

Quick Staff UK is hiring on behalf of a busy and growing manufacturer in Hengoed. We're looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives to join the team and help keep the production line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Assembling and inspecting small parts
• Counting and packing items into boxes
• Labelling boxes accurately
• Cutting and trimming small plastic or rubber components
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Following all safety rules - safety footwear is essential

Key requirements:

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• A team player with strong attention to detail
• Someone who's punctual, reliable, and takes pride in their work
• Previous factory or production experience is a bonus but not essential
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and a positive attitude towards work

SWorking Hours:
(Rotating weekly)

Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
