Warehouse Operative – East GrinsteadLocation: East Grinstead, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time / Temporary / Permanent
Salary: Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience

We are recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in East Grinstead. This is a hands-on role where you will help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.

Duties include

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and to target
  
  
• Loading and unloading deliveries
  
  
• Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting any damage or discrepancies
  
  
• Moving and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations
  
  
• Scanning products and using handheld equipment where required
  
  
• Carrying out stock checks and supporting stock control
  
  
• Preparing orders for dispatch
  
  
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
  
  
• Following all health and safety and manual handling procedures

• Happy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  
  
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and manual handling throughout the shift
  
  
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
