Location: Hucknall, Nottingham

Pay: Applicable National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage

Start dates: Week commencing 7 December or 14 December 2026; 3- 6-month fixed-term contract.

Looking for a hands-on role where you can be part of a busy production team?

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our Nottingham site in Hucknall.

We’re looking for reliable, practical people who take pride in their work and can help us deliver quality products safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

· Supporting production activities, including packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.

· Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues.

· Following operating instructions and health and safety procedures.

· Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised.

· Working with colleagues to meet daily production targets.

What we’re looking for

· A reliable approach, good timekeeping and a positive attitude.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to safe working.

· The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

· Willingness to undertake the manual handling tasks involved in the role, with appropriate training and support.

· Flexibility to work the shift patterns outlined below.

Previous production, packing or warehouse experience would be helpful.

Working hours

December starters

Employees joining during the weeks commencing 7 December and 14 December 2026 will initially work 05:30–14:00, Monday to Friday, for induction and training.

Early Monday to Friday 05:30–14:00

Potential changes from January 2027

Shifts may change in January due to production demands; this will include up to 10-hour shifts on days or afternoons

Shift allocation and confirmed working arrangements will be discussed during recruitment.

Please consider how you would travel to and from the site for early starts and late finishes.
