Looking for a hands-on role in a busy manufacturing environment?

We’re looking for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing team, assembling window and door components in line with job sheets and technical specifications. You’ll be responsible for preparing materials, using machinery and hand tools, and ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.

This is an opportunity for someone who is practical, reliable and committed to maintaining high standards in a production environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assembling window and door components according to job sheets and technical specifications

• Operating machinery and hand tools safely and effectively

• Measuring, cutting, fitting and preparing materials for production

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards

• Reporting faults, damages or shortages to supervisors

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

• Assisting with packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch when required

• Following all health and safety procedures and wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

What's on offer

• £13.10 per hour

• Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–3:30pm

• Friday, 6:30am–1:00pm

• One 30-minute break and two 15-minute breaks

• Full-time production role
