Production Operative
£12.90 per hour
39 hours per week

Hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 – 16:00 Friday
Monday to Friday

CRC are currently recruiting for a temporary Production Operative for a client based in Daventry.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the preparation of joints for coated abrasive. You will need to ensure product quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Joint preparation
Inspect joints for quality and consistency
Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues
Maintain accurate production records and follow work orders
Cutting lengths
Assembly and pressing
Slitting to required width
Nesting belts
Packing and quality control inspection
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
General warehouse duties 

What We're Looking For:
Basic Mechanical understanding of production processes
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in manufacturing
