Production Operative – Henfield
Location: Henfield, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time / Temporary
Pay: £12.71
Shift pattern: 07:30-15:30

We are recruiting for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy production team in Henfield. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the production line, with full training provided for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating production machinery and equipment as trained
  
  
• Assembling, packing, labelling, and preparing products
  
  
• Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any faults or issues
  
  
• Feeding materials into machinery and monitoring the production process
  
  
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
  
  
• Following health and safety procedures and company instructions
  
  
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  
  

Production Operative roles typically involve operating machinery, assembling products, packaging finished goods, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
  
  
• Previous production, warehouse, factory, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
