Job description
Job Purpose
To manage the late-shift manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production and Planning
- Plan and prioritise daily production to meet customer deadlines.
- Ensure materials, staff and equipment are available.
- Monitor production performance and minimise downtime and waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and update company systems.
- Report production and maintenance issues promptly.
Staff Management
- Manage and support production staff to achieve targets.
- Monitor performance, attendance and timekeeping.
- Communicate priorities and conduct toolbox talks.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Shifts-
Monday- Thursday 4pm- 2.30pm
Off every Friday
