Scheduler / Project Coordinator
£28,000 - £35,000 DOE
Mid Kent
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you looking to join an established and growing business where you can play a key role in delivering successful projects?

My client is seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler / Project Coordinator to join their Project Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Plan and organise engineer schedules, subcontractor activities and material deliveries to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee the coordination of multiple projects from initial handover through to successful completion
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including RAMS, O&M manuals
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Operations and Project Managers across a range of contracts.
• Participate in project meetings, reporting on progress, highlighting any issues and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
• Manager Purchase orders and documents.

To be considered for this role you with have/be:

• A background within construction, mechanical services, M&E, engineering or facilities management would be advantageous
• Confident communicator, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, with good general IT skills.
• Background in a coordination, scheduling, administration or project support position, with experience managing tasks, timelines and project-related activities.
