Job description
Project Manager – Donegal Region
The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Project Manager for residential and commercial projects across the Donegal region.
The business has experience in housebuilding, design-and-build delivery and regeneration projects. This would suit a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working closely with site teams and taking ownership of delivery.
Package
- €80,000–€95,000 depending on experience.
- Company car and fuel card, or car allowance.
- Medical cover.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial works from planning through to handover.
- Drive site teams, subcontractors and programme milestones.
- Coordinate design information, procurement and project resources.
- Monitor budgets, quality and safety, reporting progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of building methods and trade sequencing.
- Confident dealing with design teams, clients and subcontractors.
- A practical leadership style with strong commercial and organisational skills.
