Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres

Location: West Drayton / Slough / Hayes (3 Sites)
Salary: £75,000-£95,000 DOE
Job Type: Contract – Long Term
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major data centre programme covering three sites across West Drayton, Slough and Hayes.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, supporting the Senior Project Manager and taking responsibility for driving electrical packages, site delivery and programme performance through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager with overall electrical project delivery.

• Manage and drive electrical packages through to completion.

• Manage electrical programmes, sequencing and progress.

• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

• Monitor labour, productivity and programme performance.

• Manage technical queries, RFIs and installation issues.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.

• Attend and lead electrical progress and coordination meetings.

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.

• Produce progress updates and short-term look-ahead programmes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.

• Must have previous data centre project experience.

• Strong electrical background delivering major electrical packages.

• Experience managing subcontractors and electrical site teams.

• Strong programme and project delivery experience.

• Good understanding of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS Management Card.

• Relevant electrical qualification.

Salary: £75,000-£95,000 DOE
