PTS Electrician (Nights) - Southend

Location: Southend
Duration: 8-12 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Nights (22:00-06:00)
Sector: Rail Infrastructure / Station Upgrades

Rate: £300 a shift

Overview

We are currently seeking experienced PTS Electricians to support a major station upgrade project in the Southend area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established rail contractor delivering electrical improvements across operational rail infrastructure.

The works will involve the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, containment and conduit, working on night shifts within a rail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works on station upgrade projects
• Install and maintain lighting systems, containment and conduit
• Work safely in accordance with Network Rail and site-specific procedures
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality throughout all activities

Essential Requirements

• Valid PTS
• Qualified electricain with valid ECS Gold Card
• Previous experience working within the rail sector
• Proven experience installing lighting, containment and conduit systems
• Ability to work night shifts and integrate into a busy site team

• Southend-based station upgrade project
• Night shifts: 22:00-06:00
• 8-hour shifts
• Immediate start available
• Approximate duration: 8-12 weeks
