Quantity Surveyor
�� Sevenoaks, Kent
�� Up to £50,000 + Package
 
Hill McGlynn are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing contractor based in Sevenoaks.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business delivering a diverse range of construction projects across London and the South East, including:

• Roofing works
• Commercial fit outs
• Refurbishment projects

The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Managing project costs and budgets
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Subcontractor procurement and account management
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial success
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects
• Roofing project experience is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Full UK driving licence preferred
